File download does not work in Opera

Worked just fine in Firefox. Opera? It gives:
Error! Internal communication error
You tried to access the address (blah), which is currently unavailable. Please make sure that the Web address (URL) is correctly spelled and punctuated, then try reloading the page.
Make sure your Internet connection is active and check whether other applications that rely on the same connection are working.

i'm korean user.
i'm using firefox, it,s fine work for file download.
but ie7~8 is not work download a korean character named file.
(ex: 한글파일.xls)

I can confirm that this issue is occuring in Opera 9.5 beta though I am not sure about it in earlier versions. This issue seems to be resolved in Opera 9.5 main release. Please try upgrading your version of Opera. Later, to download a file, right click on the Download link and click on "Save to Downloads Folder" or "Save Links as". That should do it.
