How to Set email in Lotus Server?

Hi Sir,
I can't send email in Projectpier, please help me how to set?
I published my Projectpier site by using IIS in intranet.
Configure:
Windows server 2003 + SP1 + IIS6.0, Lotus Notes7.0 for email.
In Projectpier->Administrator->Mailing, the setting parameter as below:
Microsoft Exchange compatibility mode: No
Mail transport :SMTP Server
SMTP Server: 10.*.*.* //my company's SMTP server IP
SMTP Port: 25 //But in Lotus, it should be TCP
Use SMTP authentication: Yes
SMTP username: netadmin //I set an user for sending email
SMTP password: ******
Use secure SMTP connection:No/Yes...// I tried these 3 parameters.

Then I Test email setting, it reports "Notifier has failed to construct mailer object". If I select Default PHP setting in Mail transport, it reports The mail has successfully sent. But I never recieve this email.
