Corrupt files after migrating to new server

Hey all,
I recently migrated my ProjectPier installation from GoDaddy ('cause their tech support is non-existent) to BlueHost ('cause they're awesome -so far).
Everything worked fine, comments, tasks, clients, passwords, etc., and the process was almost painless, until I tried to download one of my uploaded files.
All files seem to be corrupted. From PNG to PDF to PSD.
I've tried re-uploading the files, re-upload installation files, etc., but nothing works!
Any ideas?
