Review Spam modules/settings

The current module for akismet seems to be providing a fair number of false positives and isn't flagging any real positives, possibly because there isn't any. I think we should consider dropping this module or finding a different way of dealing with spammers. Awhile back I did see 2 posts that were obvious spam from a registered user, so we should consider look at the captcha settings a bit.
