Using a dedicated ProjectPier project as a communication link with users

To share some site related information with users, you can set up a dedicated project where you mainly use "messages".
We have set up :
- a set of two messages ("First contact with the site" and "Best practices") whose link is sent to every new users
- a set of information messages (for example :"Internet Explorer download bug is corrected") for any evolution of the site
Users can post comments on both type of messages. The site administrator use them to enrich the related messages, and delete the related comments as they are not usefull anymore. This allow to keep the reading of these posts as simple as possible.
Are you talking about using this to introduce new client users to using PP?
If so, do you have some example documents for this First Contact message or others?
