httpd.exe - Application error just after completing the instalation successfuly at the stage of admin account creation

Hi
i m having problem to install
after instalation i get a pop up window show
Complete the installation
This is the final step of the installation process that will let you create administrator account and provide brief info about your company
Administrator
Username: *
Email address: *
Password: *
Repeat password: *
Company
Name: *
submit
when i click submit it will take time after tahat a window is pop up with the following msg
httpd.exe - application error
The instruction at "0x006fb17f" referenced memory at "0x028a1e20". The memory could nt be "Read"
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on Cencel to Debug the Program

i m using XP, wamp2.0 server
This is likely not a problem with PP and instead an issue with apache or with your actual machine. You can try downloading PP again and making sure none of your files were corrupted, and also try increasing your php memory limit. Otherwise, make sure that things are correct on your server.
