How to use File Revisions

Hi,
I am missing the point here I guess. How do I make use of the file revisions? I mean, upload the file with the same name? Or is there a proper methodology of actually uploading revisions?

The file interface is not great in my opinion and your question proves it :)
To add a file revision you need to click on "edit" on the file you want to update.
You will then have the text "Update a file" with a checkbox. Check it. Now you can upload a new file.
If you leave the checkbox "Remember this change" checked, both versions will be kept.
Yeah, it really needs some improvements...

Thank you so much for the help. You wouldn't believe me but I remember seeing it somewhere but forgot where I saw it. I thought the skin author forgot to include it or something and have been changing skins for the last two days trying to find it.

The mistake I was doing just in case it might be useful to others is this:
I was coming until the "Edit" part but then hesitated to click on the Update File checkbox option (the reason is because of this sentence: You can replace an existing file by specifying a new one. If you don't want to replace it simply leave this field blank -- I understood that if I want to replace the file then I have to check this box and perhaps this is not the same updating that I thought!).
