create a forum for usability issues

usability issues and interface issues are distinctly different from "feature requests". i think that creating a usability forum for usability and interface issues would greatly benefit projectpier.
as a developer that installs projectpier, i have time to figure out all its nuances, but the users that i install projectpier for do not have the time to read the forums and figure out any usability issues in projectpier.
