Company Logo - Fails to upload

I am unable to upload a company logo. Everything alse is working fine and I can upload avatars and files into projects.
I have set the filing system to MySQL.
Is the company logo loaded into a folder with incorrect permission?
Any ideas?

How big is the company logo file? You might be getting timeout issues or something.

The copany logo is very small - only 7K.
I have found out some other details after the post...
The upload seems to be fairly ramdom - If I try to upload the same file from the same screen it may upload on the 5th / 6th / 7th or if I am lucky first time.
Thus I can't see it being a security issue - any ideas?

Nothing else really comes to mind that would cause that type of issue. Can you provide more information about the setup and running environment.
I would also take a look at the apache and php logs to see if you can pin down a specific error. You can also turn on the debugging option in PP's config file and see if that helps.
