Dutch translation fixes and additions

I created a task for this at the Dutch subsection, but i'm not sure if anyone comes there so i might as well post a topic about it here too. ;-)
The task features an updated version of the Dutch language pack, containing many (hundreds) of fixes and additions. I hope someone (Roland?) can commit them (you're welcome to diff them first if you want ofcourse ;-).

@lite - as mentioned, I can commit your changes but you need to provide a patch file for them. Please see the developers handbook for guidance or ask for help.
